Searching for the best Union Center Boulevard restaurants? You’re in luck because we’ve taste-tested each of these locations, and they DO NOT DISAPPOINT.

Without further ado, let’s review the list.

Skally's Restaurant – the best of Union Center Boulevard

Start off with the best of the best. Skally’s Restaurant, located at 9558 Civic Center Boulevard, is an American-Mediterranean eatery that serves something for everyone. Their food is made in house from scratch with the freshest ingredients and prices you can’t resist.

With its location set in the heart of West Chester's shopping and entertainment areas, there's no reason not to swing by Skally's between stops to grab a quick bite. The restaurant is minutes from Union Center Pavilion, less than a mile north of Ikea and across the Boulevard from Topgolf, AMC and Main Event.

Skally's is a great choice if you're looking for something healthier to eat than a greasy fast food mystery meat. Born from Skally's Old World Bakery, this is the restaurant that introduced Cincinnatians to pocket pitas. They offer an unrivaled selection of pita sandwiches and flatbread wraps. They stuff their pitas with deli meat, cheese and veggies and top them with unique sauces made fresh daily.

Skally's offers appetizers that are both familiar and unique. Try the Italian meatballs, pulled pork potato skins or their pita chips with creamy hummus and tzatziki sauce. They also offer Greek-inspired dishes like delicate, flaky tiropita and crisp Mediterranean salad.

Let's not forget their delicious gyros and strollers full of succulent meat and veggies wrapped in warm flatbread. Take a second look at their hamburgers served on toasted Hawaiian bagels. Guests especially love their pizzas! Choose between traditional or New York style crust and pile it high with your selection of toppings. Oh, and don't leave without a piece of their wonderful pistachio or walnut baklava!

They proudly cater to vegetarians and those with a gluten or dairy intolerance with black bean burgers, falafel, gluten-free dough and dairy-free coconut cheese. There's no reason not to enjoy something on their menu. Their portions are generous and their prices a downright steal.

Walk in and find a seat inside their spacious dining area. They also have a sheltered outdoor patio with a brick fireplace to keep you and your family warm on the coldest of winter days. Visit their menu and order carryout or contactless curbside pickup, or call ahead to make reservations. Both DoorDash and Grubhub offer delivery from Skally's Restaurant.

Matt the Miller's Tavern – Upscale dining inspired by the Irish

Two doors down from Skally's on Union Center Boulevard sits Matt the Miller's Tavern. Famous for their impressive selection of beer and wine, they offer an upscale menu in a casual atmosphere. A great place to impress your date or that important business client.

Matt the Miller's features higher-class entrees inspired by the original Matt the Miller's Bar and Restaurant in Kilkenny, Ireland. They offer three menus, each slightly different.

  • Brunch. A good menu to wake up to. Featuring eggs benedict, savory omelets and chicken & waffle sliders.

  • Lunch. A little heavier than brunch, but not as heavy as dinner. Choose from a selection of burgers and specialty sandwiches such as the Tavern Fish Sandwich. Their flatbreads make an excellent lunch meal.

  • Dinner. The dinner and lunch menus are similar except for the addition of a mouth-watering tenderloin dinner and banana crème pie for desert. Their herb buttered filet mignon is the king of the menu here.

Matt the Miller's offers both indoor and outdoor patio seating. Walk-in or make a reservation. The staff is professional and friendly and they go out of their way to ensure the safety of their guests. If you don't feel like dining in you can order carryout or have your meal delivered to your home via DoorDash or Grubhub.

Aladdin’s Eatery – Exotic Lebanese cuisine

Aladdin's Eatery is located a little over a mile west of Skally's and Matt the Miller's on Union Center Boulevard. They feature Lebanese dishes such as chicken or beef shwarma, seasoned lamb, curry, tabouli and baba gannouj. Their menu is a veggie-lovers paradise! Rich herbs and savory spices ensure that each dish is flavorful and exciting.

Their “pitzas” are a huge hit among the regulars. Unlike classic Italian or American pizzas, Aladdin's pitzas are thin flatbreads topped with different sauces and loaded with toppings. For example, there is the Sultan's Shwarma Pitza which is topped with tahini yogurt dressing, beef shwarma, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and sweet basil flakes. Or there is the Aladdin's Chicken Pitza – honey dijon and garlic dressing with grilled chicken, green peppers and diced scallions.

For those of you who've never had Lebanese food, Aladdin's offers a variety platter with a nice assortment of their food for you to try. When you're finished with the main meal, chase down those rich Middle Eastern flavors with one of their refreshing smoothies. Their prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere inside is warm and inviting.
